Over 25 years ago, I began my journey as a ministry leader. At that time, the spaces for women in leadership were limited—kids’ ministry, women’s ministry, or worship ministry. Eager to serve, I stepped into the role of Preschool Director at a mega church, and so began my journey of learning, growing, and navigating the unique challenges of ministry leadership as a woman. Along the way, I served as a Membership Pastor at a mega church, later took on the role of Weekend Experience Director at another mega church, and in 2021, I was ordained through yet another mega church. I started in preschool because that was one of the only options available to me back then, but God (two favorite words together) has taken me on quite the leadership adventure.

Over the next two decades, I grew as a leader through intentional coaching, fervent prayer, and deep spiritual development. I was championed by leaders who believed in my potential and surrounded myself with a network of supportive women in ministry who walked alongside me through every season—the highs and the lows. I know firsthand the struggles of developing as a leader in ministry, and I’ve learned what it takes to not just survive but to thrive in these spaces. That’s why the Ministry Chick Network exists.

Originally founded by Kadi Cole, the Ministry Chick brand laid a foundation for empowering women in ministry. In 2024, I assumed the Ministry Chick brand from Kadi and became its CEO. I began praying to The Lord about this new season of the Ministry Chick Brand and what He desired for it. He began to show the vision was something entirely new—something more. The Ministry Chick organization transformed into the The Ministry Chick Network. The Network is now a dynamic, global community where women of faith can find resources, support, and connection. It’s more than a network; it’s a movement.

This isn’t just about leadership roles or church positions—it’s about equipping everyday women of faith to lead wherever God places them. Whether it’s in your church, workplace, or community, the Ministry Chick Network is here to help you grow into the leader The Lord has called you to be. Through practical tools, transformative coaching, and a community of women who share your passion for serving the Lord, this network exists to champion you. I’ve been coached by some of the best leaders in the industry. I’ve attended the conferences, read the books, and learned the hard lessons. Now, I want to share that knowledge with you—to create practical solutions that help you grow spiritually, personally, and professionally.
