MEET MELISSA MASHBURN
Melissa has invested over 20+ years serving the local church on various church staff teams ranging in size from 90 to over 44,000 in weekend attendance. Melissa has had various roles within the church, including executive level leadership, and an extensive background in communications, marketing, membership, groups, first impressions, weekend service development, children’s ministry and women’s ministry.
Melissa partners with Kadi Cole & Company as the Executive Director of Ministry Chick where she leads over 3300 women from all over the world through the Ministry Chick facebook group. Melissa uses her ministry experience to help churches expand their reach, develop their strategy, as well as their leadership in her ministry coaching and consulting business, The Mashburns Consulting Group.
Melissa has been married to her best friend Matt for 29 years and they have two adult sons, two beautiful daughters-in-law and 5 grand fur-babies.

MEET KADI COLE
Kadi Cole has spent the last twenty-five years studying leadership and organizational development, most recently serving as an Executive Director at one of America's largest and fastest growing multi-site churches. She is passionate about helping local churches thrive and equipping leaders to fulfill their calling.
Kadi is a true visionary, ahead of her time in teaching churches to harness the God-given talents in their congregations. While we are all called to serve, Kadi helps men and women navigate the unique challenges that may arise in pursuit of that call together.
Kadi is an engaging, practical, and down-to-earth speaker and writer on a variety of topics related to leadership, organizational development, spiritual growth, parenting, and living a full life.
